Nice Location in Vendres

The house is nice and the environment is quiet. We were the 3rd guests in the house and some things were missing. Cedric is very nice and reacted fast when we informed him and brought the missing things (e.g. parasol). We enjoyed our vacation in Vendres.

Séjour en famille

Sejour en famille et entre amis depaysant. Villa agréable, spatieuce et moderne. Emplacement adapté avec commerces à proximité ; logement bien situé géographiquement. Quartier très calme. À l'intérieur de la villa, la troisième salle de bain mentionnée n'est pas complète car elle ne contient qu'un WC et un lavabo (pas de douche ni baignoire), seul léger point négatif. L'extérieur est bien équipé et paisible avec la piscine bien entretenue.Propriétaire très disponible et à l'écoute des demandes spécifiques.Merci encore pour les conseils donnés quant aux alentours à visiter. Vacances mémorables !

Parfait !

Notre séjour a été exceptionnel du début à la fin. Le logement est conforme à la description, quartier très calme, piscine parfaitement orientée pour en profiter toute la journée, cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle, terrasse et barbecue, terrain de pétanque ... Mention spéciale à Cédric, notre hôte, très attentif et attentionné (merci encore pour ces découvertes viticoles 😉). Nous y retournerons et recommandons les yeux fermés.

Excellent house, host and location

A beautiful, spacious quiet and peaceful house, with everything that you could need. Air conditioning was very welcome at times, but not needed too often. The spacious, covered outdoor dining area is excellent at any time of the day, and can seat a large family. The location is very convenient for all kinds of activities, with very nice cities/towns like Beziers, Narbonne, Montpellier and Carcassonne close by; and plenty of physical activities like beaches, zip-wire parks and caves nearby too. We never had to travel for more than 1 hour for anything. It's only 10 minutes drive from a very good, large supermarket which has everything you might want, including 7 days/24 hours fuel. It is a short and pleasant (4 minute) walk to get delicious bread from the local Boulangarie. The climate around the Beziers area seems to give a pleasantly hot summer day, with a nice breeze, but overnight temperatures that are quite comfortable. The heated pool is very nice - very clean and nicely situated. It's a perfect temperature (refreshing without being cold). The conveniently situated brick-built BBQ is easy to light and use. The host, Cedric, is very helpful, welcoming and friendly - a real gentleman. We would definitely return here - everything was excellent.

Très chouette séjour

Cedric est un hôte discret mais très attentionné, qui mettra tout en oeuvre pour que vous passiez un bon séjour. Maison tres bien conçue et propre. Tres pratique pour un sejour avec un bébé. La piscine est tres bien orientée au soleil toute la journée et les exterieurs sont bien entretenus. Tres belle vue depuis le 1er etage ! Nous recommandons.

Magnifique sejour en Languedoc-Roussillon

De l'arrivée au départ, tout était parfait! Cédric nous a très bien accueillis, il nous avait même offert un petit cadeau de bienvenue. La maison est très propre et l'espace extérieur est un vrai plaisir. La piscine était très bien soignée et agréable avec sa terrasse plein soleil (entièrement clôturée, donc un avantage pour des familles avec enfants en bas âge)...on en a bien profité. Le jardin clos avec son grand palmier et son petit terrain de pétanque contribuent à la sérénité des lieux. Commerces à proximité (10 min à pied), dont deux épiceries (l'une offrant de très bonnes baguettes et viennoiseries, l'autre des poulets rôtis le dimanche) et une pharmacie. Cédric était très sympa, bienveillant et toujours à l'écoute, il nous donnait de très bons conseils pour nos découvertes autour du pays. Notre coup de coeur était le showroom de Romain Thiery à Pezenas qui fait revivre dans ses photographies des pianos abandonnés...et la cave à manger du restaurant gastronomique Saint-Crescent à Narbonne. Bref, c'était un séjour parfait! A recommander sans hésitation! Merci à Cédric et sa soeur!

Tolles Haus, sehr geräumig

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten war alles, was wir brauchten, vorhanden. Der Pool war angenehm warm und wurde gerne genutzt. Auch die Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer waren toll. Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch den Eigentümer waren sehr angenehm. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Fantastic villa and exceptional host

The holiday home with a pool and BBQ exceeded our expectations in every way. The house itself was beautifully designed and furnished, providing a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere throughout our stay. The pool was a definite highlight, allowing us to cool off and relax under the sun whenever we desired. The BBQ area was perfect for outdoor cooking and enjoying delicious meals with family and friends. Additionally, the convenience of parking made our stay hassle-free, and the great location added to the overall appeal. We were able to easily explore nearby attractions, access amenities, and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. Cedric and his sister were lovely and very helpful; giving us suggestions on where to go and what to do. They would also go out their way to get anything we were missing / thought we would need! The combination of a well-maintained pool, a well-equipped BBQ area, a stunning house, ample parking, and a prime location made our holiday truly memorable. We highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a delightful and relaxing getaway.
