"Lovely three bedroomed gite in a small hamlet. Catherine and her husband were wonderful hosts and were very attentive without being intrusive. Fantastic L shaped pool, immaculate and clean. Gite Wass fully equipped and we highly recommend it, especially if you want the peace and quiet of the countryside."

"From the minute we arrived with the lovely welcome pack, we had a great 2 weeks holiday. The house was perfect in terms of size, location and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. We got great tips from Sue on events and music in the area. We ate out in the local pizza restaurant and in the restaurants in the port. We loved the huge garden and the pool. We'd love to come back again!"

"Lovely gite in a lovely area. We particularly enjoyed going to the port to read in the shade and enjoy a drink in the bar/restaurants. Plenty to do and see in the local area with La Rochelle and Bordeaux within 90 minutes to go further afield. Jo was very welcoming and helpful, being only 20 minutes away if needed"

"This is a lovely well equiped property situated in a quiet area close enough to local shops to walk (through the beautiful vin yards) and beaches only a relatively short drive through lovely scenery. "We had an exceptional 2 night stay in this hotel. Our room overlooked the sea which had coloured light in the evening. The view was just stunning. The hotel was clean and the added bonus was very friendly helpful staff."
