"I stayed in this wonderful VRBO for two weeks and had zero issues. It was way cheaper, quieter, and cleaner than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Extra supplies were always available, and the loft layout was fabulous — living room and kitchen downstairs, with a full bedroom and bathroom upstairs plus tons of closet space.Best part was the location. Right in the middle of town and within walking distance to all the best restaurants, stores, and shops.12/10 would absolutely recommend."

"Our annual Miller Sister's Weekend was another success thanks to this VRBO rental. This home is ready for a lot of guests to have a good time. The outdoor seating areas and that pool--well they look fantastic. But sadly the weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the outside much. But the grill worked great! And we had everything we needed to gather, spread out, party and catch up."

"We loved this spot so much! The only downside is we were very surprised with 2 night stay in a 3 bedroom there was no backup toilet paper supply at all, in either bathroom, so our guests (just our adult kids so they survived) were left with Kleenex use at the end of stay in the half bath. Also, thankfully we had paper towels in our car that we brought in to refill as that also had no backup stock. Otherwise great stay, lovely unit, close to great downtown sites, very clean, fancy high tech main bath, open main living area and well stocked kitchen for cooking! "

"I understand that you’re new to hosting, and I truly hope you succeed. Because of that, I want to offer some honest and constructive feedback from my stay.Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the property need significant improvement. The bathroom, in particular, did not feel clean or inviting, which made it uncomfortable to shower or even brush my teeth. The sofas appeared heavily soiled and would benefit from either deep cleaning or replacement. Updating the furniture — even with gently used pieces — would make a big difference in how the space feels. I also noticed dust on the end tables and coffee table, which raised concerns about overall cleaning standards.We stayed in the bedroom with the queen bed. The mattress in that room was acceptable, but the mattresses in the second bedroom were in very poor condition. Additionally, throughout the night there was persistent chewing or scratching noise coming from inside the wall near the queen bedroom, which sounded like a rodent. This made it very difficult to sleep.Because of these issues, I did not feel comfortable during my stay. I genuinely believe this property has potential — especially given the location in Franklin — but I would strongly recommend taking it off the market temporarily to address cleanliness, pest control, and furniture updates before continuing to host guests.I’m sharing this feedback in the spirit of helping you improve, not to be unkind. I was disappointed because I had hoped"
