"Reserved a king and recieved a double upon check in. I was told they needed to do that because they were over capacity and that's all the rooms that were left even though my reservation was made weeks in advance. Toilet was not flushing. When telling the lady at the front desk top about that she said there was nothing she could do. Hair in the shower. A/C did not work. Room was almost 90 degrees over night. At breakfast the next morning, waffle batter dispenser didn't work and all other sections were out so no breakfast either that we paid for. The manager at the front desk did nothing to try and compensate. We stayed here a month ago and pretty much the same thing happened with no working toilet or air and the breakfast selections were out. Would never stay here again!!!!"

"There was no sink in the bathroom. there was one in the bedroom but it stuck out almost to the bed so you had to stand along the side to wash your hands and face. There was no working alarm and the phone did not work. The remote for the TV was very hard to use. The beds were comfortable and the best part of the room. The breakfast was a total Joke! It was basically a make your own waffle with no other choices. There was only enough batter for a half waffle and when we complained the staff found enough so we could make a whole one. There was just over one cup of coffee and the staff added water to brew more but did not have any coffee grounds so they just ran it through the previously used grounds so that turned out as lightly colored water. Terrible. I would never stay there again!"
