You have to leave a security deposit in cash (since they don't do holds on credit card). Things we didn’t like so much: hotel felt so far away from everything. There is a tram and bus stop right there, including a train station. You have to get multiple trains to get into the centre. "Totally exceeded our expectations. Bright, spacious apartment with more than enough scope to self-cater if you wanted to. The bonus for us was that it was so central, literally minutes to all we came to see! There was some noise from the trams but we had expected that as we checked out the location before booking - this did nothing to spoil our stay at all :) The host was super attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for the best stay.
