This holiday home, part of a property where the owners reside, features a shared heated pool with another holiday rental and the property owners. The house is situated at the entrance of a village on the Bergerac and Pécharmant wine route.



Inside, there's an entrance leading to a living area with an open kitchen equipped with a high bar and a dining area. The living space includes a comfortable sitting area. The sleeping area features two bedrooms complemented by a bathroom with a walk-in shower and amenities.



Outside amenities include a terrace with outdoor furniture, and a lawn area. Additionally, there's a shared heated swimming pool available for use by guests from the second holiday rental and the property owners.



The house situated in the heart of a large park in the countryside. You will find a small supermarket 200 m away in the village. More shops can be found in Montcaret (5 km), or in Pineuilh (13 km).



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor heated pool on site shared with other guests.
