"I thought the place was extremely clean. The bed was super soft. The shower was great and nice and hot. It would have been nice to have a bit of sugar in the apartment to accompany the coffee machine but I was able to grad some in the local supermarket and left it there for others to use. All the appliances are brand new and working. My favourite part of this apartment was how well I slept. It is a quiet area and as mentioned the bed was perfect!! I will definitely stay here again."

"Thr apartment was clean and equipped with all the basic necessities you might need for a few day stay. All the sights are walkable distance but not f you prefer using public transportation, stops are close as well. Entry to the apartment is with your phone so make sure you have internet and charge on your phone."

"This is a charming, petite attic apartment in the Latina sector of Madrid. The Latina sector is home to innumerable places to eat and have a drink. The apartment is within walking distance of the Royal Palace and the Plaza Mayor (another place with a huge variety of restaurants). The host was very friendly and helpful, providing a list of things to see and do and places to eat in the neighborhood. Check-in was super smooth. I highly recommend this property but would caution people with mobility...

"This apartment was as described and worked well for my family of 5. There was plenty of space and we greatly appreciated having the elevator! The only comment is that the couches were so uncomfortable to sit on, I would consider upgrading those but otherwise it was a great property! My son forgot his stuffed animal behind and the property manager was very accommodating in mailing it to us, which we greatly appreciated. Thanks for the stay, I will definitely consider if I find myself back in...

"Convenient to major locations"

"We were 5 adults and 3 children staying here for 3 nights in early April. We loved that it was steps to the Bilbao metro station and from bus lines going to the major museums. The neighborhood has more of a local vs tourist feel and that was special. Management was very accommodating to our need for more towels and an extra pillow. Comfy beds, loved the individual bedroom a/c units. We will return, and we are also sharing this location with our friends as a recommendation."

"Located in central Madrid, 5 mins walk to Gran Via and public transport. If you like the little streets and laneways of the city, then you'll love where this property is located. Plenty of cafe's and bars in the roads around this property. Within walking distance to most of the main attractions Madrid has to offer (Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market etc). So, Location wise 5 stars!
