They all went far above and beyond what I have seen at any hotel where I have ever stayed, and that is truly saying something since my wife and I travel regularly across the United States and Europe. "The restaurant was very good. Staff were helpful. Room was very compact"

"The property was great and we loved the amenities. The breakfast was phenomenal. But, the website says there is a free shuttle from the airport and when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay. We asked at the front desk and were told that yes we had to pay and that the website is very out of date. We were also charged a tourist tax that wasnt much but again was an extra, unexpected charge."

"Charged for a large pint even though it was a small, when challenged was told they were the same, clearly not. Was half board, my husband is a vegetarian, wasn't asked and meal was brought out unsuitable for him, they changed promptly. Next day when we went for dinner, was given what I can only describe has a child's meal, nuggets and sweet potato fries, 3rd day we didn't eat because of the disappointment."
