"Very nice stay, third time at Zenitude Narbonne. Staff friendly and welcoming, spacious clean room, quiet even though facing main road, with convenient small kitchenette and good shower/toilet. We like the location, close to city centre and train station, next to bus stop for day trips, plenty of convenience stores and eating/drinking and ice cream places. Really like our stay at Zenitude Narbonne every summer."

"We loved this place. We booked two rooms and they were both spacious, bright, clean with everything we needed. There were fresh baguettes and croissants delivered to us from the local boulangerie for breakfast. The location is central but quiet, walkable to the train station. Our windows open to the Narbonne cathedral and the beautiful plain trees outside. The host was very gracious about us storing our luggage after check-out. Overall we had a great stay and will stay here again if we come back to Narbonne. "

"Oh dear. Business stop and I am glad I was in and early out. Sadly, had to phone call when arriving for the tired receptionist. A quite tired and badly located place and really expensive for what it was. I was booked for the return trip but cancelled it as soon as a got in my room. "

"No one at check In so had to walk to their second hotel to sort. Rooms were very warm. Everything else ok. No lift. No food places walking distance but microwave food options and pizzas available at reception of 2nd hotel 2 mins walk. "
