"We really enjoyed our stay on Susak! The room was clean and cozy, the hosts were friendly and always ready to help. We especially loved the little bookshelf outside the room, it's a nice bonus for anyone who enjoys reading. "Terrible experience. Rude and unhelpful staff, endless rules, and unfair charges. We had to clean the apartment ourselves, throw out our garbage, and still pay €60 for cleaning. They demanded a €300 deposit, embarrassed us in front of guests over a partial tax payment, and the checkout employee even refused to help me carry my heavy suitcase despite my back condition. Zero hospitality, just stress. Avoid this place at all costs."
