"The hotel is basic, but clean and good for one night. Air conditioning was functioning perfectly. Breakfast needs at least 1 gluten free option and the staff need training on gluten free requirements. The main issue with our stay was the swimming pool. Nowhere on the listing did it say the pool is open to the public. This meant the pool was extremely busy and it was impossible to find a sun lounger or even a space to sit."

"I normally don’t complain but this time I should as this hotel needs to do at least standard service. Our accommodation was with kitchenette but there was no kitchen knife and chopping board. I believe these items are basics. Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied. This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00. I went to the reception to get these missing items at 18:00h, 18:30h, 19:00 and 20:00h. The door was closed and no one was there during this...

"Not your traditional hotel booking. Had to pay a €200 damage deposit for an already damaged room before actually seeing the room. Bunk beds were breaking apart and windows were cracked. This gave me some fear that I would be charged for this. Other than that the bathroom and kitchen were great. And the heater a bonus. "Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Lady on reception who checked me in and out was really nice, as was the guy who helped me in the Ski Room. The hotel is really nice, especially the spa. The lady who helped me in the spa was also super accommodating as I didn’t realize I had to pre-book a slot. I stayed in room 3111, I paid for an upgrade and ‘The Level’ package. My room was pretty nice, there were a few small things that would have made my stay better. There was a lightbulb flickering in the lounge. The room had twin beds, but one of the beds was lower and also shorter and length than the other. Which wouldn’t be ideal if you were traveling as a couple. The TV in the bedroom should be put on a bracket so you can angle it towards the bed. Also the suite had a kitchenette, but there was no cutlery in the cupboards. With these small fixes my stay would have been perfect. The breakfast was great too, as were all the staff I encountered in the breakfast room. Will stay again for sure! "

Skiing experience smooth and easy thanks to the ski booth in the hotel as well as transfer services to the town and back to the hotel. Super relaxing spa area perfect after a ski day. Overall very relaxing and comfortable experience. Will be coming back! "
