Pros: - Sehr schön ist die Aussicht und die ruhige Lage. - Für das Alter sehr gut geputzt und saubere Räume. Cons: - Der Zustand der sehr alten Küche. Wir hatten Bedenken, dass uns die Arbeitsplatte abbricht, da die tragende Unterschrankwand sich schon fast vollständig aufgelöst hatte. - Das Haus in eher eine "Schönwettter-Unterkunft". Bei schlechtem Wetter ist es nicht so angenehm, da man zur Küche über den offenen und nicht überdachten Innenhof muss. Bei Wind zieht es trotz geschlossener Fenster und Türen in den Zimmern. - Die Elektrik war so schwach, dass bereits beim Einschalten von einem Heizlüfter und einem weiteren Gerät die Sicherung auslöst und die gesamte Wohnung ohne Strom war. - In der Küche gibt es eine Gasheizung ohne Abluft.
