"The property was okay ,clean ,staff were nice and helpful but I think you should have aBell Boy to help with the luggages especially with Seniors that stayed longer.I observed most people stayed there for only 1 - 2 nights for meetings / Conference and has only I or 2 small luggages,what about others that has more luggages ?
Check out our daughter has to go downstairs to get luggage trolley so we can put all our luggages at one time
In addition, our room was comforble except no drawers to put our stuff .
Drawers were located so high up that you need a stool to get your things if you decide to put away your things."
