"We rarely write negative reviews. In fact, we take the time to write reviews when a host has done a great job. This isn't an attempt to slander the experience, but an attempt to provide constructive feedback on very necessary improvements for future guests. Positives: The boat owner allowed us check in early, which was a huge help in allowing us drop off our bags before taking our rental car back to the garage. He even offered us a beer upon check in. "The place was nice, clean and cold. Does not have a full kitchen. It does have a fridge and microwave. It sleeps 7 to 8 people but only has 1 bathroom. It is walking distance to shopping and food restaurants. We arrived at 12:35 had lunch and waited around for 3:00 pm. The only thing I didn’t not like was that they do not let you check in at least 30 minutes early. That was my only issue. "

"Nice, cute apartment style. Has everything you’ll need during your stay including free off- street parking. No elevator so you might get stuck climbing 2 flights of stairs if you get an apartment up top. A/Cs only in the rooms so make sure you leave the doors open before you head out on your adventures. We were only there to sleep and shower so we never really interacted with staff or needed anything. Small convenience store across the street open late which came in handy. "
