"It's a low-cost, convenient place to stay in Santiago. No luxuries but it provides all the basics."

"It was a clean and comfort stay. Check in wasn't easy as i couldn't call them became of my data plan. Didn't realize i would have to call when i got there. Eventually, someone working inside the building got the lady to check us in. She was very friendly and helpful. "
