"Great property, feels new, lots of amenities. It’s very close to the tram which was helpful. My only complaint is the area doesn't have much. It’s VERY nice neighborhood, mostly newish buildings with residences and offices but not a lot to do. Its saving grace is the proximity and accessibility to the tram to get to Stockholm center and sightseeing is only about 20 mins. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay, as this was our last stop after 1.5 weeks of travel it was great to get an apartment...

"We stayed as a group of 4 for 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert. The rooms were very large. We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit. The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly. "Conveniently located a few minutes' walk from a metro station, the hotel was a nice, quiet space to return to after busy days in Stockholm. The only things I would note are the electrics not being great - wires not being hidden properly and one electrical socket not properly connected - but otherwise a lovely place and well equipped."

"We couldnt stay at the "hotel", when we arrived there we got harrased by old people who lived there, the building where the hotel is located is shared with a hospital for psychologist treatment, we tried to cancel it and the owner refused even tho we had proof of the guy who assaulted us, my girlfriend was terrified by that experience, stay away from this place, we wanted to save money as you may if this hotel shows up on your list but its not worh it "

Even though the weather didn’t cooperate much we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the outdoor covered dining area was where we spent most of our time! Constantin’s house had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the toys in the playhouse and trampoline and swings outside. Adults enjoyed the natural setting and privacy. "The location is beautiful and the ferries across to Vaxholm are easy to use. The house is very pretty and quirky and the beds were comfortable, although we had to make them ourselves on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with nice coffee machines and cooker etc but it would be helpful to have some larger serving bowls for salad etc! It was great to have access to paddle boards which the teenagers made good use of. The instructions for the various toilets were a bit confusing but the host...
