"Amazing medieval monastery, partially renovated to include house. This is a working farm, and is remote from any commerce. There is farm equipment moving around, and the nearest grocery is 15 minutes away. It was however, perfect for our stay. We were looking for a family get-away. 45 minutes to Eperney and Reims. "Location is great and close to campus. The place was clean but the beds are vary hard. It would have also been helpful for them to have a welcome book or something in the apartment to help guests with additional information - such as wifi, tv, check out, etc. We could have also used a trash bag in the kitchen garbage."

"Ideal base for large group of friends or family. All bedrooms ensuite (always hot water), lovely lounge with roaring fire for a chilly November. Great base for exploring this area of France. Good transport links to explore further afield."

"Very good. Well equipped gite with south facing balcony equipped with rollout canopy. Comfortable beds. Single beds were electric so easy to adjust if you like to change you head/feet height. The hosts live next door and we're very pleasant and helpful. The area has lots of interesting places to visit including many WW1 and WW2 sites. The owner has supplied a lot of documentation covering the history of the area. Highly recommended."
