"Staff was very helpful at booking a taxi to the airport, very kind to answer my questions in English, had no issue with storing luggage during an early arrival and were very pleasant throughout the trip. Great location, the Rue Cler has a lot of great shops and very close the metro, bus and walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Clean hotel, elevator, nice room."

"Had a 3 night break here. Excellantly placed for visisting the Eiffal tower,just a short walk away. Metro station right on door step connecting rest if paris. Rooms eere clean and tidy and housekeeping daily. Bar was nice and bar staff excellant."

"Hôtel avec un très bonne emplacement, 15 min env de l’arc de triomphe, champs Élysée et de la tours Eiffel, très beau cartier avec de bon resto. La chambre était bien, petite mais jolie, nous entendons les gens du couloir quand ils arrivent à leur chambre , un peu bruyant. Sinon je recommande."

"The only complaint that we had was the elevators; during our 4 days stay one of the elevator was out of service completely so everyone stayed on left wing was fighting for lift, it was small and slow (going up/down 30+ floors). We wont stay there again."
