"Staff was very accommodating and interested in finding solutions ( as opposed to the usual - sorry, it’s not my job attitude). Dealing with flight delays and other problems, our arrival was after midnight. Although it was outside of the check in window, someone was waiting for us. "Very convenient for car/public transport access to Geneva. Excellent service and friendly, multi-lingual staff. Common facilities, especially dining and swimming pool, are in very good condition. Our small room (no balcony) could use a bit of renewal (stained carpet, shower leaks) but the bed, air conditioning, TV and kitchenette were very good. Overall I am very happy with the choice of La Reserve for our 4-day stay in the area. "
