"We stayed at Out of the Blue to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Vere and Joe playing the drum—it was warm, personal, and set the tone for our stay.Our chef, Qolo, cooked delicious meals almost every night. The complimentary breakfasts were always fresh and prepared by the amazing staff—Trixie, Ini, Sai, Uni, and Leone—who made every day feel special. A couple friend joined us a few days in, and sharing the house made it even more enjoyable.We were there for 11 days and had massages three times—they were the best we’ve ever had. The house was clean and comfortable, and the AC in our room was a big plus.We rented a car, which gave us the freedom to explore the island at our own pace. Most activities were within an hour’s drive, and meeting locals along the way was a highlight. We used the taxi service once, and it was great too.What truly set this stay apart was the people. The staff became like family—I called the women “my ladies” because of how loved and cared for they made us feel. Our farewell was so heartfelt and emotional.Out of the Blue isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place where strangers become family. We can’t wait to return, this time with our kids. "Liked the place and if ever in Fiji again this is a place I would book again. Great service, enjoyed all my meals there, and prices were good. Meals come to you right on time and you get flexibility on where you want to have your meal. The hotel has coral reef right at its shore, lots of fish to see and beautiful coral. Some reviews mention rocks, but is more like coral off the shore. Let’s just say if you snorkel there, there is no need to book another expensive snorkeling outing. All round recommendation from me."

"A lovely and well presented set of villas right next to spa, dining, groceries and fuel. Across the road from beach with some additional on beach facilities. Nice big pool and quite deep. Great for tall people but requires watchful eye on kids. A very nice balance of local and tourist community. "

"My family of 8 really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. You are beach front with great snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boards. The house also has a massive pool which the kids loved. The house was equipped with everything you need and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were also very comfortable which is such a plus. We opted for Pinkie to cook for us a dew days and are so happy we did. Everything she made was delicious. Pinkie and her crew made our trip extra special. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return"

"This villa was everything we hoped for and more. The photos are exactly like the property—it’s absolutely gorgeous. The snorkeling right in front of the villa was amazing—so many colorful fish! Bring water shoes, as the coral can be sharp (normal for the area). The water is warm and beautiful, and the beach is kept clean thanks to the wonderful staff. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool and even saw horses go by on the beach!The villa staff was outstanding—always helpful, kind, and constantly tidying up. A true highlight was hiring Chef Jay. His food was fresh, made from scratch, and absolutely delicious. We tried things we’ve never had before and loved every single meal. The sauces were incredible, and having someone cook and clean up made the trip so relaxing. I can emphasize enough how amazing the food was!We also highly recommend booking a massage at The Pink Spa, just a 5-minute walk away—amazing service at an unbeatable price. A visit to Sigatoka is a must too—great shopping, a fun farmers market, and don’t miss The Hot Bread Kitchen. Their white buns are out of this world (the buns that are on a sheet pan in the case, you must try)!Bonus: the sweetest dog visited us on the beach every day and stole our hearts, there are stray dogs everywhere in Fiji and this one was very sweet, but always use caution if you are approached by a stray dog. If you're looking for beauty, relaxation, and outstanding service—this villa is it. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The chef, food and staff were outstanding, can’t say enough. It was like a high end all inclusive resort. The only thing that wasn’t great was its a little rocky and not the easiest to swim out front, lots of reef not the sandy perfect blue water you might imagine from Fiji. Otherwise absolutely loved out time"
