"We booked this property for a same day stay because of an unexpected overnight stay in Chur. Expedia said that it was 6 miles from Chur. This is not true. It was going to cost us over $200 in Uber fees to get there. We decided to book another room and eat the cost of this one. Someone from the hotel reached out and asked us if we were still coming. We explained the situation and he said he would refund the money. That never happened. When Expedia reached out to try to assist, the person that had to approve the refund was never there."

"Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. Would not have been able to function without their support. "
