"The property is down a short track with two other properties. These are well spaced out and grounds cleverly divided with trees and bushes to form private areas. The grounds slope down to the lake which is a couple of minutes walk and has a small boat dock. If you hire a boat you have a key for the boat padlock, battery and tiller. There are lots of trees and the road is not at all busy so it is very quiet and relaxing. Grasmark a couple of miles north has a small supermarket and single petrol pump, Sunne is about 20 mins SE with a big supermarket, shop to buy alcohol and a great fishing shop. Down by the lake is a seating area, trampoline (which our kids loved) and play park items. The house has bbq, games, frisbees, badminton net & rackets, two bikes and a couple of fishing rods (all of this in mixed condition). As the property is off a long road we found you were either in the grounds or driving elsewhere to do things (brilliant beach at top end of lake). The house is really well equipped and the instructions for the house are clear, do read them early on! It is clean and well maintained but like all VRBO properties cumulative annual wear means some limited mould around showers, marks on walls and little bits of damage here and there. One key point is you need to bring your own sheets and towels, or arrange in advance for this service which I think costs €20 pp. We missed this but were saved by Christiane, thank you. "

"Allt var bra, vi fick rummet i god tid och det var helt ok städat. Frukosten var bra. Vi har ett några anmärkningar: det är ett mindre dubbelrum men är möblerat som ett enkelrum, det finns plats för två mindre sängbord, ett på varje sida av sängen med varsin sänglampa. Det skulle vara väldigt bra. En kontakt framför spegeln i hallen fungerar inte vilket gör det svårt att använda hårtorken. Ett skohorn och en liten strykbräda vore toppen!"

"This is a very nice hotel in the city center. The rooms are clean. The front desk personnel are very friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet. One lovely touch is a painting of wild flowers on each room door! The flowers on my room door were buttercups."
