Enjoyed the history of the area, seeing "American Graffiti" at the Sunrise Theatre, pizza at Sopies, in Southern Pines, the Tufts Arcives in Pinehurst, the Carolina Inn, and the Shaw House back in Southern Pines, the Sandhills Horticulture Garden, and delicious BBQ at the Pik-n-Pig at Gilliam-McConnell...

"This is my first negative review in 15 years. Unit was dirty and gross. My white socks were brown in 15 minutes of walking around, spiders in corners, mildew, mold and cracked tile in the shower. Floor was actually curved which is just odd. Burnt out light bulbs in kitchen. Screen door so loud I bought wd40 to grease the hinges. Staff was not responsive when asked to get the light bulbs switched out. Bugs in the unit. Staff was not responsive or accommodating when I asked for an early check in...
