"A perfect stay for our Seattle area visit! Great communication with the host and easy check in / check out process. Thank you!"

"Nice, clean, attractive. Air conditioner only in bedroom. A little hot for sofa sleeper and too noisy to leave balcony door open. Nice to have washer and dryer."

"Great location, really clean room! Great amenities and appreciated the free laundry and rooftop! Would stay again!"

"The room was clean, quiet and just what was advertised. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The place was exactly as expected. Clean, easy to get into, and a great location."

"We had an absolutely AMAZING stay! I could not possibly recommend this property more. The views are tremendous. This was one of our all time favorite vacations and we have been to many places around the world. So grateful for finding this very special place."

"Very cute little house in West Seattle. Clean, cozy and great communication from hosts."

"This is a very comfortable home on the water with amazing views. It was a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors. We enjoyed swimming and sunbathing as the weather was perfect. The couch is a bit dated but the beds were comfortable . Some of the pots and pans could/should be replaced . We had a difficult time navigating the Tv cable portion . Not sure if it was a bad connection or what. I did reach out to Illita, who was very responsive and offered to send someone out. But our schedules didn’t...

"The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room."
