"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Un posto bellissimo!!!! Una vera bomboniera. Le foto dell'annuncio sono assolutamente veritiere. La casa è in una zona riservata e nella natura tra le colline ...il silenzio domina piacevolmente e il panorama è veramente mozzafiato. La piscina è carina e pulita dotata di un chioschetto col frigo utilissimo. I proprietari passano la mattina per la manutenzione del giardino(curatissimo) ma sono discreti e gentili( ci hanno portato le uova fresche del loro pollaio).🤣 Una location...

"Ein wunderschön umgestaltetes ehemaliges Stallgebäude. Der Pool mit ca.15 x 4 m machte neben Planschen auch ein sportliches Schwimmen möglich. Marco ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns neben Tipps für Ausflugsziele gleich die Wegbeschreibungen, Wanderrouten und Stadtrundgänge ausgearbeitet zur Verfügung gestellt hat, Restaurant und Einkaufstipps (Wein/Olivenöl) eingeschlossen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub rundum genossen."

"Das sehr große Haus liegt wunderschön abseits von Camerino in einem parkähnlichen Grundstück. Für uns war die Lage und Ausstattung perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und kleine „Probleme“ wurden extrem schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Insgesamt haben wir (12 Personen mit einem Hund) die Tage dort sehr genossen!"

Sit back and relax with the mountain view and hill top towns all around. Very peaceful - the real Italy. Yet you are a short drive from so many amazing churches and towns, plus outstanding mountains and gorges. The owners are so helpful and friendly. We went for a hike one day with the owner as our guide....
