"Staff very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices and was well stocked throughout the breakfast period (i.e. all choices available even towards the end). Coffee and tea options were varried. The room was clean and well kept, housekeeping came every two days to empty bins. Our family of 4 were well accomodated in the room."

"Family with one teenager, from the UK. We were super impressed with this hotel. We don't speak Hungarian, but we were made so welcome, particularly by the reception staff, who responded to requests for kettles, an iron, and numerous other things. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of sunbeds and the variety of food at breakfast and dinner. It was such a relaxing stay — we absolutely loved it!"

"Great staff helpful. The property is a high floor with good Aircon & views of the lake. Bus routes and taxis are close. The property has its own access to the lake. There are general shops near by, but expenses by the campsite A good property with excellent staff"

"I had a wonderful stay at Danubius Hotel Annabella in Balatonfüred. The location is absolutely beautiful—right on the lakefront and along the promenade, with easy access to shops, cafés, and restaurants. It truly doesn’t get better than this setting. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities made our stay especially enjoyable. The pools and saunas were fantastic, and having access to a private beach was a real highlight. The food was amazing at the hotel restaurant! What stood out most was the exceptional service. A special thank you to the staff and manager, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially with arranging an early check-in. Their kindness and professionalism made a great stay even better. I will gladly return with my family and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Balatonfüred."

"A great place to stay. Nothing super fancy, but just what you need for a decent price. I know that most hotels do it, but I think asking money for parking is kind of ridiculous. Should be included in the price of the stay. We were able to park just outside the property for free so it was ok. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfasts were great, very tasty and lots to choose from. We’ll stay in Margareta again when we’ll come back to Balatonfüred."
