"We really enjoyed our stay at Cabo Verde. We were there in the beginning of the Fall off-season so our experience was probably different from others' who come in the peak summer and early Fall times. We found the hotel peaceful and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast area and outdoor area plus pool look right out at the sea. And there's always a warm coffee or cold beer available a few steps away. The rooms were also clean and well-maintained for the most part. There were a few minor areas where the wear and tear were visible, but nothing that really impacted our stay.
The area around the hotel had plenty of dining options, even after the peak season was over, with a nice variety of traditional Greek foods, seafood, cafes, and bars all within easy walking distance. We also had no trouble getting cabs locally or to take us back and forth to Athens.
Overall a great experience and we hope to go back someday."
