"The house was a bit small for a group of 7. I can't imagine 9 people. The WiFi password would not work and it seemed the LAN cable for connecting to the internet was missing. We had to use our mobile data the whole stay. Other than that, it was fine and did the trick to house our group for 2 nights."

"Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. Not many food shopping outlets so worth getting a shop delivered (very efficient Coop service). The chalet was really comfortable with very good facilities for cooking (we didn't eat out at all). "The house was very cozey, and convenient location. However the communication between the hostes and I were poor. As I was only told as that we need to bring our own towels and linen for bedding after we had arrive and I asked where it was!!! Very inconvenient trying to find these items in a small town, let alone after 7pm also!! Other then that, it's a lovely place to stay!!"

"Chalet Milly was very comfortable and a well equipped chalet apartment. It made a great base to explore the beautiful walks in the Adelboden region and was only an hour from Grindelwald to walk the Eiger trail. The village had plenty places to eat and drink a a good sized CoOp to buy food for self catering. It was so nice that I would not hesitate to recommend it - bear in mind that Switzerland is pretty expensive though."

"This chalet was perfect for our family. The location is remote, but within walking distance of good restaurants and shops. We wanted a place that felt as if we were in the forest, and this chalet did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffee on the porch with an amazing view of the Matterhorn, and one evening a mother deer and her fawn strolled by. "Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au chalet de la diablerie. La propriété est très bien équipée et à proximité des chemins de randonnées. La vue de la montagne de la terrasse est magnifique et le coucher du soleil illumine les monts d'une lumière légèrement rosée. Ces 14 jours en juillet nous ont ressourcés et le temps de plus était vraiment très beau. Le soir la température tombe vers les 20 degrés ce qui permet de passer des nuits agréables. Il y a pas de nuisance sonore. Nous remercions...

"Very cool little chalet/cabin in La Sage (Evolene). Best for 2 people max. and despite the size, having 2 floors to spread is decent. The outdoor balcony/deck facing the mountain...esp with the great weather makes in a gem. Plenty of hiking right around the village too. Will rent the larger one next time, if available"

"Lots of room to hold a large group. Good location as you can travel throughout Switzerland within a reasonable drive. Quite the drive up the mountain through the narrow and winding streets if you aren’t used to it but all worth it! So close to the village of Nendaz which had lots to offer. Great host- super cooperative and responsive to questions. Can’t beat the views!"

"We celebrated a big birthday with a family get together; we were 17 people, all ages and ALL enjoyed their stay. The property was perfect; The rooms were great and very clean. it had everything we needed. Marco (host) went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. "Great Bear is a lovely chalet with breathtaking views in a unique environment. I cannot think of a better summer escape, given the stunning surroundings of the Val Hérens, the local cuisine, produce, meat products, and delicious wines. The chalet fits the rustic character of the tiny village perfectly, while affording the necessary comforts for an Alpine stay. Absolutely LOVED IT!!!"
