"B&B’s brand new Genoa Hotel just off of the fashionable XX September Street, near the grand arch, is an oasis of calm tranquility in a glorious city. The friendly staff goes out of the way to not only welcome guests to the hotel, but guide them to the highlights of Genoa. The modern rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best in a week of travel in Italy, in over four cities. I will always keep reasonably priced B&B hotels on my radar screen for future European adventures."

"This hotel is not what I thought it would be. The area is sketchy and if I had been a single traveler I would not have felt safe. It is close to the waterfront but it is very industrial. There are a couple of burnt out buildings next door and an unkempt looking trailer park next to them. Not to mention a train running directly behind the hotel. When we walked in we were told that I had booked only 1 person not 2 and charged us an additional €30…! The room was adequate."

"È stata comunque un bel soggiorno, a parte il black out di un paio d ore senza corrente. Non è la prima volta che ho soggiornato qui… ci ritornerò sicuramente specialmente se i prezzi saranno sempre più competitivi di altri hotel in zona. Ottimo la vicinanza al mare e al suo centro storico"
