"Séjour correct mais plusieurs points a revoir. + La localisation, l'espace canapé séparé avec petite dépendance atypique pour la TV, quartier top, immeuble sécurisé. - la propreté, l'équipement sommaire, table de nuit en carton, lit qui se déplie/pas une vraie chambre, meuble à ustensiles de cuisine brinquebalants, cuisine très petite -le mot est faible-, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs par la fenêtre, volet qui se ferme mal et qui joint mal, pas de possibilité de poser ses valises...

"Property was exactly like the pictures, and the property owners were very helpful when we had questions. The property itself is on a very busy alley with lots of noisy locals late into the night but the building itself is very secure."

"property was advertised as 3 double bedrooms and photos showed 2 doubles and a twin. When we arrived we had to ask for the third bedroom as we weren't shown it. We had to wait for the room to be made up but it was only a single. The location was excellent as was communication. Plenty of restaurants nearby and transport. There is a supermarket about 10mins walk away. The apartment is old and could do with minor improvements. There are fans in the bedrooms but not in the living areas so it was...

"The property is in a noisy spot on weekends. They only give one roll if toilet paper despite being there for 4 days, no face cloths with towels, had to request hand soap. Could not close the shower door as it opens ‘in’ instead of out. A bit frustrating for spraying the bathroom when showering. Tile floors not good if a glass drops, had to ask for a broom and pan to clean up… Location is good for being a tourist at the waterfront although taxi could not find it… it is a remodeled apartment...

Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night "

Easy pickup and drop off … this is good to know if you have a lot of luggage and are on a shopping spree. At other locations in small winding streets, often on inclines, it would be very difficult rolling bags on cobble stone narrow streets. This property is in a well known tower and taxi can come right to the entrance. The quality and features are fantastic, truly represented in...

"Wonderful apartment in a nice area in Genova. Everything was perfect from the very begging starting with the contact from the office till we were welcomed in by Susane. We could check in earlier and Susane was very helpful. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. Very nice beds, pillows and blankets. Highly recommend for single travellers, couples and families! Perfect stuff who works for the convinience of the guests! It was very easy to contact if we had questions:) Thank you once...

"Tout était bien. Hôtesse charmant. Le seul problème est le bruit provenant du restaurant sous la fenêtre de la chambre. Impossible de dormir avant de 1h de matin vendredi et samedi . trop bruyant. L’appartement est cependant très bien situé. Tout est accessible à pied à partir de là."

"Great little apartment, the beds are up stairs on a loft so, you must be limber. Everything we needed was supplied to us by a very nice host. Location is great, we walked everywhere. I think it is central to both train stations but, we stoped at Bringnole station. The noise that the host warns you about is no joke , there a numerous night clubs right outside your room. These nightclubs make noise until 3am. If you can not deal with ear plugs as the only way to sleep then do not rent this...

"Communication was always very quick. Rooms were clean, everything was there. Mircowave would be a nice upgrade to warm up leftover pizza etc. but there is a kitchen so, would be only nice to have. Parking was infront of the main door. Well what else to say, we enjoyed out stay there - with two kids. Balkony - really great view towards the ocean."

"The house itself is very comfortable, but the outside is amazing: wonderful views down the extensive garden with its olive and fig trees, mountain views to either side and to the sea down below. It is in a perfect position to enjoy the area, situated on the edge of the Monte Beigua national park and with the seaside town of Varazze just a 20 minute drive away. Our favourite day was a walk from the Pratorotundo car park to the summit of Monte Rama; it wasn't a difficult walk, but the scenery...
