The small but beautiful vacation home welcomes your small family or promises you as a couple a quiet and romantic break from your everyday life. The homely ambience of the house is inviting and immediately exudes the feeling of home. The modern furniture and beautiful colors create a successful living concept in which you can go about your everyday vacation life while cooking, watching a movie or reading.

You can also enjoy time outdoors, dine on your cooked meals and relax in your private hot tub as you gaze out over the countryside and enjoy the peace and quiet. Try your hand at preparing Urmanian delicacies from the barbecue and enjoy a relaxing end to your vacation.



The beautiful house is located near the spa town of Varazdin, which is known for its healing thermal waters, ancient Roman baths and healing spring. The quiet location of the house, surrounded by forest, vineyards and orchards, is situated on a small hill with a beautiful view of the countryside. There are numerous restaurants and wineries in the area where you can taste autochthonous wines and local specialties. With the bicycles offered by the house, you can explore the surrounding area on numerous cycle paths. Visit the town of Varazdin with its rich offer of cultural and historical sights.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit der Familie.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und das Ferienhaus war sehr modern und umfangreich ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool war ein echtes Highlight!Das Haus ist sehr sauber!Allerdings würde ich persönlich die Unterkunft nur für Familien mit kleinen Kindern empfehlen oder als Pärchen. Mit 2 größeren Kindern + Hund war es uns dann doch etwas eng. Auch sollte man bedenken, dass die Terasse im Herbst den ganzen Tag schattig ist und es daher trotz Sonnenschein kühl bleibt. Die Gegend ist sehr abgeschieden man kommt aber mit dem Auto schnell in die nächste Stadt. Für wandern würde ich es nicht empfehlen, da es nur einen langen Weg gibt und keine Rundwege.

Es roch noch nach neuen Möbeln und es war alles sehr qualitativ und sauber. Die Aussicht von den Weinbergen ist unbezahlbar schön. Im angrenzenden Wald kann man schön mit seinem 4 Beiner spazieren gehen. Zagreb ist ein bisschen mehr als 1 Stunde entfernt und die Stadt Varazdin ca. eine halbe Stunde. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.
