Richemont - Appt tout équipé avec terrasse

We are offering this charming 45 m² apartment for rent in the town of Vannes, at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a private terrace of around 30 m² as well as a shared garden. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside:
- A 30 m² private south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
- A shared garden of approximately 800 m² with 4 residents, accessible from the terrace.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
Come and discover and visit the town of Vannes, which has retained all its old-world charm with its ramparts and surroundings.
- Tourist sites: Carnac (the alignments, a prehistoric site), the Quiberon peninsula and its wild coast, Baden, Armor Baden, Auray, the port of Saint-Goustan, take a boat trip to the Île d'Arz and Île aux Moines from Vannes and Port Blanc...
- Sports activities: various water sports, hiking along the GR 34...
- Cultural visits: guided tour of Vannes, look out for the ermines and eyes drawn on the ground to show you the iconic sites. Suscinio Castle and its evening shows in summer

Convenient walking location to Vannes City Center and harbour. Not easy to park if you have a car. Excellent small food shop and cafe/bar all within 100 meters.

L'aménagement intérieur est bien pensé même si la chambre a été installée côté rue. Bon équipement, literie confortable. 🙁 Les fenêtres de la chambre et les volets qui auraient besoin d'être réglées afin d'être fonctionnels. Nous n'avons pas pu aérer la chambre pendant la durée de notre séjour. Une présence physique à notre arrivée aurait été un plus."

En dehors de la météo très humide, tout était impeccable. Très beau séjour avec cuisine américaine. Grande chambre avec salle d'eau attenante. Belle terrasse et jardin quand il fait beau. Seuls reproches, accès au hall d'entrée de la maison par un escalier de granit bien pentu, fermeture à clé de l'appartement difficile à revoir, des modes d'emploi des appareils

Richemont Séjour réservé pour deux membres de ma famille. Ceux-ci ont apprécié cet appartement où, je cite : « rien ne manquait ». Au niveau ménage, tout était impeccable et le jardin était agréable. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui leur a laissé les clefs quelques heures supplémentaires car le retour en TGV était en fin de journée.

Mais si vous n'est pas chez orange ou bouygues, votre téléphone ne fonctionnera pas. Ca ce n'est pas la faute des propriétaires mais comme il n'y a pas de box internet ne comptez pas travailler en télétravail dans ce cas. Au prix d'un abonnement internet de nos jours, je trouve ce manque ridicule. Ce n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce ni qu'il y ait internet ni qu'il n'y a pas. Comme tout le monde le propose aujourd'hui ce n'est normalement plus un critère de choix. Mais la si. Faites donc attention Sinon parfait à 5 minutes de la vieille ville, possibilité de garer dans la rue gratuitement A conseiller hors internet"

Richemont "Ocupas en una vivienda 🙂 El apartamento está muy bien situada. Cerca del centro, paradas bus (nos moviamos en transporte publico), con una terraza /jardin muy bonita. En general todo muy bonito y decorado con gusto. 🙁 El apartamento parecía ser ""la vivienda"" de la dueña. Todos los armario, muebles...estaban ocupados con sus cosas. No teníamos dónde poner nuestras maletas, colgar nuestra ropa...Nos sentíamos bastante incomodas, como ocupando una propiedades extraña...esa sensación no nos gustó nada. Echamos de menos un microondas."
