We have this charming, newly renovated 45 m² flat with wifi for rent in Vannes, which can accommodate up to two people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a table with chairs that can seat 4 guests, a beautiful bedroom with dressing room and a bathroom.

The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market.
It is a 5-minute walk from the town centre and has a parking space.

This is a reasonably nice apartment close tot the old town of Vannes (approximately 5-10 minutes by foot). Not sure why it is called ‘Le Jardin du Palais’, since it is located in an apartment complex - no palace garden on sight. The pictures were make the apartment look quite a bit bigger and nicer than it is in reality, but nothing much to complain about. Overall, a good place to stay.

Not sure why it is called ‘Le Jardin du Palais’, since it is located in an apartment complex - no palace garden on sight. Excellent emplacement, tout près du centre historique de Vannes. Facilement accessible et correspondant bien à la description. Quelques défauts cependant: Salle de bain très petite et baignoire difficile d'accès à cause du pare-douche. certains appareils sont difficiles à mettre en marche et sans notice ( plaques de cuisson à induction, radiateur de la salle de bain, éclairage de la chambre).

LE JARDIN DU PALAIS "Nous avons trouvé des poiles dans la salle de bains et pas mal de poussières sur la commode, table à manger. J’ai pas aimé le mail super long à la fin de séjour avec des consignes tres strictes à respecter pour ne pas être chargé en supplement par le menage(jeter les poubelle-on a même pas trouvé de local en bas d’immeuble), enlever les draps, faire la vaisselle, vider le frigo, etc. Sachant qu’airbnb prelève deja le montant precis pour le nettoyage de l’appartament, je trouve le mail envoyé était deplacé. Nous payons pour ce service. Sinon, l’appartement tres bien situé à 10min à pied du centre"

LE JARDIN DU PALAIS "Bel espace bien placé et amménagé Visite d'un proche dans la région de Vannes, appartement pratique et bien placé car proche de la place de la Libération pour les bus et pas trop loin de la gare SNCF. Les commerces et restaurants du centre ne sont pas loin. J'ai pu tout faire à pied et en transports en commun, Rochefort en terre et Larmor Baden. Seuls points perfectibles dans la salle de bain, l'accès à la douche et le robinet du lavabo qui a un bec trop court par rapport à son positionnement au coin gauche de la vasque."

De plus bien équipé. 🙁 - Le garage est inutilisable du fait de sa taille et de son design; il devrait ne pas figurer dans le descriptif. - Le nombre de dosettes de café et de sachets de thé devrait être adapté à la durée du séjour. - Le chauffage électrique est défectueux dans la salle de bains et doit être réparé (ou un chauffage d’appoint - qui nous a été apporté suite à ma demande - être à demeure)."
