I think her name was Reena - she went above and beyond. She offered to make us breakfast boxes for the next morning because we were sing early to hike. The spa and pool felt Amazing after a day of hiking. We loved the location of the hotel. We will be back again! "

"The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return. "

"We would stay again, but not when the weather is at all warm. There is no air conditioning, which made a stay on the top floor very uncomfortable at night. There was a tabletop fan in the room, but it made a lot of noise."

"Nicely located in best part of the city with breathtaking mountains and river views and city views. Peaceful and quiet environment. Inside house is elegant high quality facilities and rooms standard. People here are extremely friendly. Restaurant are fantastic including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Go to bus center only 10 minutes walk and you can go anywhere you want and it’s free. I think it is the best hotel for vacation as I can imagine. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family in future."
