"This is a very relaxing stay. We came to visit family and intend to stay again. They have everything you need for your stay minutes the food. We spent the vast majority of our time on the front patio relaxing in the shade. We would highly recommend the Holder House! It’s a short 3 miles trip to the boat ramp if that’s your thing and the home owners alike you to park your boat and vehicle inside of their two car garage."

"Condo recently updated. Cabinets, island, granite and appliances. Bathrooms also new. Very nice. Composite planks flooring throughout. This is a very nice condo. And reasonably priced. Very close to Spaulding Beach and boat ramp."

"It was a quiet building. Lots of parking.( even a place to park your boat) we like to bbq but the grill closest to the condo was not useable. We had to use the next condo building down grill. The condo itself had everything you needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you Adam. You were an exceptional host!"

"I was visiting family in Perry so this was the perfect spot. When we weren’t on the go, we hung out and cooked many meals in the house. The kitchen was large enough for a few cooks and laundry was convenient. I will stay again!"
