"The property is in a great location for either visitors to Hannibal or travelers on U.S. 61. The front desk staff were very courteous and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There was ample parking. The property could use some refreshing. Carpeting was a bit worn. Plumbing in room 309 needed work on that the toilet needs to be reseated and the tub was very slow to drain. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable."

"We were in the area for a weekend wedding and this was a perfect place to stay. The place was clean, and the area is peaceful and quiet. The host has thought of everything that you would need with many personal touches throughout. We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for something in the area."

"Great location, clean, well kept. We have family in the same building and rent an additional condo for extra space when we have a larger group. Super convenient. Would love to know the brand of mattresses because my adult children raved about how comfortable they were."
