"Stayed in lodge for a couple nights, it was easy to get to and from there explore the area. Handy having the small kitchenette to make a quick breakfast, coffee, toast, etc. Slept well in the comfortable beds."

Returned key to receptionist and she gave me a second key to another room - exactly same issue in this room. Return a 3rd time to reception, get another room key ….. yes same thing! Housekeeping is called to clean one room while I wait but no cleaning was done - just new sheets and towels while cleaning products remain outside the room on the cart. I request a full...
