Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Check in time was. 4 pm but room was not ready at 5 pm. communicated about check in we were given wrong code for the lock box and needed to wait for the host to open the building and get the room ready. No Air conditioning, told the ac only after end of May but included in the posting that AC is included. Someone entered our room at 8 pm without knocking and host was trying to explain that it is normal. Blaming cleaner poor english as per host.
