Room 1: King size bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite bathroom

Room 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2)

Room 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2)

Sofa bed in living area (sleeps 2)

1 common washroom

Dining & full kitchen with bar fridge

Private patio

GROUND FLOOR

Room 4: Queen bed (sleeps 2) with full kitchen

Games room: 2 bunk beds (double bed top and bottom, sleeps 8)

2nd common washroom

Complementary supplies include:

- toilet paper, paper towel, and tissues

- dish and dishwasher detergent

- laundry detergent

- hand soap

- coffee maker, sugar, salt, pepper, and other spices

Kitchen is equipped with the following amenities:

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

1. Visitor Policy: All visitors are considered guests, regardless of whether they spend the night. They must be included in the total guest count.

2. Additional $50 fee per guest per night after 10.

PLEASE NOTE : The lower floor includes a separate suite with its own private entrance from the back, where the host and two elderly residents live. While the backyard and driveway are shared, your privacy will be fully respected during your stay.
