Experience Vancouver in our inviting family home. Located steps from Pacific Spirit Park, 15 blocks from Jericho Beach and close to UBC. Offering convenience and comfort. Enjoy the local dining spots, explore nearby attractions and trendy neighbourhoods with have easy access to Downtown Vancouver. Enjoy the house, unwind on the outdoor patio with dining area, or relax in our cozy rooms.

Living Room and Den with Large TV, double hide abed office nook and barn doors. Full kitchen with access to the outside decks, upper seating and lower dining and lounging. Three bedrooms, king master with ensuite, queen bedroom, queen bedroom. All rooms equipped with linens.

Please note- there is a basement suite that my daughter lives in that is completely separate from the main house.
