Luxurious, bright, modern, spacious and newly built 2 bedroom private basement suite with private entrance and upscale features such as heated floor, free WiFi with 1GB speed, free on-site parking for 2 cars or one RV and access to fully fenced backyard garden.

Very centrally located near the hustle bustle of city but on a quiet street.

10 mins drive to nearest Sky Train Station and New Westminister

20 mins drive to Burnaby

We stayed at Gaurang’s property twice, on the way to and from YVR to Vancouver Island. The suite is conveniently located, immaculate inside and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The host is very thoughtful and accommodating and the communication is top notch. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property!
Beautiful property with all of the necessary amenities. The bedrooms were the perfect space for us. We felt like we were at home. The owners were friendly and offered to assist us in anyway. We didn’t need any assistance because everything was perfect! The location is near great restaurants! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we're in Vancouver.

Excellent place to unwind if anyone is planning to visit the Vancouver area. The cleanliness of the property exceeded our expectations. And kitchen was stocked with breakfast items as well as snacks and coffee, tea etc. Highly recommend this place.
