Very quiet location. Convenient especially for shopping at T & T.! Very secure., only 10 minutes to picturesque Steveston

The apartment was perfect. Had all the amenities including parking on site. It is located across the road of the Richmond Oval (where we were competing). There is a T&T Grocery Store in the building and a Shoppers Drugmart across the road. Within walking distance to many restaurants including the legendary soup dumplings at Dynasty Restaurant.
