The place was recently renovated in 2023 - brand new kitchen, brand new washroom, and AC.
If you have a vehicle, there is free street parking, also one spot on the driveway is available. This location is less than a 5 minute drive to shopping and dining conveniences such as Walmart, Superstore, Starbucks, Boston Pizza, McDonald’s, and much more.

-Kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, and cooking utensils and provides cutlery, cutter.
