"The condo is quite nice and in a nice courtyard. However, there were several issues that needed attention: dishwasher leaks, coffee maker is broken, BBQ is rusted and unusable, roof top deck would be nice but awning over the table is broken and hanging down so that it's easy to hit your head, and there were piles of gravel strewn around. Area around hot tub was not very clean. I tried to address these things with the owner prior to writing this, but have received no response."

"We stayed at Pearls place as our of town family for my siblings wedding. As the property was 2 blocks from the wedding venue, it was in the perfect location!! Pearl was communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here! "

"AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!! We didn't even end up staying at this place. There was a guy, literally, crapping in the alley when we drove up. On top of that, there were people in the alley banging on doors and screaming. We got into the place that it was ~25C inside, and apparently there are portable air conditioners, which we never saw in the 5 minutes we were there. One of the rooms smelled like someone had taken a dump in it, and with the fact that it was about 30C upstairs, we decided not to stay...

"We had a girls trip and it was exactly what we needs to get a bunch of ladies together for a good time! It was very well stocked and any questions we had, the host went above and beyond for us with good communication! Thank you! "

"A great location house with all the necessary amenities and perfectly located by the beach and a very fun and full of restaurants and stores area. The owner is super responsive and accommodating. We requested an additional mattress to place in the single bed room, the house sleeps 10 people but one has to sleep in the living room, he had it delivered within an hour. Thanks for the making our family stay of 10 in Vancouver a great vacation."
