"Room is clean and well equipped with kitchenette. No aircon, so that's a big negative if you're staying in summer. If you check out early, there's no key drop-off at the remote access gate, so you have to park your vehicle in the driveway, blocking the gate from closing, then run back and drop the key in the reception area. "I arrived at this property after 8pm, said I would like to check in, the lady “gave me a look” confirmed my name and handed me a set of keys and tv remote and directed me to the room. Maybe iv just been spoilt on my recent tour of SA as every other hotel/b&b have been so welcoming. I don’t expect much but some basic information like checkout time/wifi/ breakfast would have been handy. Also I did message the property two days before via Expedia to notify them I would be arriving between 8-9pm, never got any response. Room was in good condition, bathroom needs some work. Another staff member in the morning was very helpful and did help me arranging transport. Staff in restaurant was also pleasant. "

"There was no accommodation. When I arrived, it was just new private houses. Bukani House was not known. I had to call taxi again to take me to another place. When I phoned the number I found the lady told me it stopped operating long ago. She said I must claim refund from the website that did the booking for me. I could have been robbed, nobody new me or trusted me. What if that was my last money?"
