"The good. Lovely home with a great layout in a lovely location. Great access to the river which is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the interior of the house was clean and easily accommodated our group and wedding party guests.The only appliance that didn't perform perfectly was the H2O dispenser on the fridge & a new filter would fix that. The sorta bad: there were no tabs for the dw, & only one spare trashbag! One set of towels upstairs were covered in dog hair. The upper deck was filthy. We may have been the 1st guests of the season, but no effort was made to prepare the outdoor space. No propane in either tank for the grill and no broom. (Both of which we supplied for the cabin, you're welcome.) Also, beware if anyone in your group has trouble with stairs as there are 28 to reach the home!!! Overall, despite these easily fixed issues (other than the necessary flood stairs) I would still rate my stay 5 *."

Comfortable bed, great heating, good TV-streaming selection, defrosted mini-fridge (!), clean microwave, surprisingly well-supplied/equipped for an older property. Pristine swimming pool with deck chairs, safe parking, quiet, convenient right off the highway, close to Current River activities. Convenient espresso coffee shop onsite. "

"Brought my 94 yr old mother back to the Big Springs area where she grew up right outside of the gates of the park. The cabin was centrally located to be able to go wherever we wanted and easy access for my mother with the downstairs bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Was amazing and felt like home. Close to almost everything. Was nice to have a place that family could comee over and visit with us while we were there. Will be renting again hopefully later this summer when get to come up again to spend time on the river with family. "

"My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Van Buren which was in part due to this wonderful cabin. There were 5 of us (4 adults and one teenager). The cabin had 4 large bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and clean. The living room was comfortable for us all to hang out. Will definitely be rented this cabin again.roomcomfortably."

"We had the best stay. Everything was new and SO CLEAN. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets smelled so fresh and clean. It had plenty of room for the kids and adults to spread out and have our separate spaces. The decor in the home was absolutely beautiful and the host were great, with wonderful small touches.( Such as chocolates on the bed and sweet bible verses throughout the home.) we went to ride our SXS in the area and there was plenty of parking for our large trailer to pull it. Hot tub was cleans also. We will definitely be back!!"
