"I spent just one night at this hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the room came well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet area, yet still within easy walking distance of the city center. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were absolutely wonderful: warm, helpful, and thorough. They provided detailed guidance on off-site parking, which made things even easier. Highly recommend for a short or extended stay in the area."

"Lovely hotel set within a historic building. Staff were excellent. So was the breakfast. Short walk to the centre of Segovia and a short bus ride from the AVE rail station. It also boasts a gourmet restaurant however due to other commitments we weren't able to take advantage of it."

"We liked almost everything but Segovia is kind of cold at this time, we got there after the restaurant was close, we were tired and in the room they did not have even a teapot so we can have something hot, the toilet cover was broken and we reported it but it was a Holiday and maintenance was not available to fix it, they offered another room but we had unpacked. We liked it very much and will go back again."
