"I stayed in apartment 3E and it had everything you needed for your stay. It even had laundry facilities to use on the ground floor. The pool on the roof was a great bonus although some people do not abide by the rules. The apartment is in a great location for getting around the city and the beach. I would definitely stay here again the only thing I found was there was not much space to hang your clothes but I was only staying for 4 nights. Overall this place was a great find a very modern...

"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host, Marta was excellent and met us at check in, she was kind, helpful and took time to respond to questions about the area and give recommendations throughout our stay. We highly recommend and will hopefully return next year. Location is fantastic right by restaurants and beach. We loved the pool! We had everything we needed to have a lovely month in Spain. "

"Marisa and Chimo were absolutely fantastic hosts. Their communication was excellent and so helpful. They made sure our arrival to the apartment was smooth and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped with very comfortable beds. Alicante is a fabulous place for a holiday. I highly recommend this property!"

"L' appartement était propre , tout ce qu il faut au niveau cuisine , salle de bain terrasse ok Lieu ; bien situé , calme , parking ok Point négatif ; - la climatisation cata -) vétuste , ne fonctionne pas correctement , remplissage d une bouteille et d un sceau de 10 lites toute les 5 heures . a vider car aussi non coule sur la terrasse d en dessous . pas de ventillateur dans la chambre donc impossible de dormir avec de tels température . il faudrait vraiment faire quelque chose a ce niveau...

La plage est superbe et il est important de bien choisir ses horaires car les places de parking sont chers. Seul bémol, le jacuzzi de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas."
