"Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer Bedienteil von der Klimaanlage in zwei Teile. Beim festmontierten Föhn fehlte der Schlauch, da unbrauchbar und wir mussten mit nassen Haaren ins Bett gehen. Duschtüren fehlten. Bad stand komplett unter Wasser. Bad Entlüftung ohne Funktion. Durch späte Ankunft im Hotel keine Reklamation mehr möglich."

"Very disappointed, we booked 2 rooms rooms 4 nights in October 25 ,all fully paid for..when we arrived June 25 th 2026 our booking wasn’t showing.
