"This hotel is out of Madrid but easy to access the bus directly to central madrid. It’s clean , and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone. Has a lovely breakfast that you need to pay extra for. And is well worth the money"

"The hotel is in an excellent location, just one block from the aqueduct. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall, a pleasant stay with a great location and excellent service!"

"This hotel has excellent views of the alcazar and also hot air balloons from across the valley although depends on your room choice. Note premium rooms are advertised having an Alcazar view but ours didn’t, we had access to a balcony where we could walk out to the view (which was magnificent) otherwise blocked by another part of the building. Room spacious with comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Excellent breakfast. Room cleaning was hit and miss - had to ask for towels to be replaced and used glasses were not replaced. On arrival there were no welcoming words from reception, just a request for our passports. Information was provided when we asked but otherwise not forthcoming (contrast with the warm welcome experienced in Madrid hotel the week before). In summary, it’s a good hotel but could be that much better with relatively little effort."
