Ashish, the concierge, greeted us warmly, and Aman, the security guard, never failed to brighten our day. Every encounter with the staff was incredible, highlighting the hotel's underrated excellence. However, the inability to open the balcony was disappointing. Installing nets for insect protection should be considered, as keeping balconies shut seems excessive for a five-star hotel. As a loyal patron, I expect more from the Radisson brand, and if unresolved, I'll have to leave a negative review."

Door lock is not working in one room everytime have to ask for room service for opening the door seems they are not interested to repair it . Only restaurant food quality is good and location is nice . Overpriced , under staffed , mismanaged hotel."
